Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in image science, sensor imaging systems, and NSG concepts. Candidate will engage in testing, verification, and development of operations concepts across the system engineering lifecycle.

Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, IDL and scripting is expected. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and the ability to work on assessment teams, create test plans, and verify data quality to meet

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Poly.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field.
• Junior - typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Mid - independent and collaborative; conducts root cause analysis; develops technical solutions.
• Senior - highly independent; may lead a team; expert in complex technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of product quality requirements and specifications.
• Work with test plans and procedures; participate in assessment teams.
• Test software functionality and usability; verify data quality and accuracy.
• Define product format requirements for NSG integration and interoperability.
• Develop engineering-quality verification tools.
• Support system engineering tasks and data analysis using C/C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, IDL and scripting languages.
