Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Perform platform administration in maintaining Microsoft 365 including a hybrid Exchange environment, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
  • Perform Power Platform administration including management of the Center of Excellence (COE), the management and promotion of environment solutions, and monitoring service health.
  • Manage and optimize mail flow, transport rules, policies, and compliance settings within Exchange Online to ensure secure and efficient email delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during IT audits and 3rd party assessments of the Microsoft 365 tenant to identify risks.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy scripting and automation to reduce the effort required to provide DWT services and support. Align solutions with the existing technology stack to provide seamless delivery.
  • Organize continuous improvement efforts by understanding staff insights and concerns and creating a pipeline of change. Maintain a keen eye on opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, compliance, or cost savings. Drive resolutions to production.
  • Act as an expert support resource for multiple DWT technology stack components. Assist and mentor system administrators and technicians to foster personal growth and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems engineer and systems programmer OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems engineer and systems programmer
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Area of Experience:
  • Microsoft 365 Including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Online, Purview, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents/Microsoft CoPilot), Windows Server.
  • Strongly preferred skills:
  • Design and Architecture experience in Office 365, Power Platform, and Fabric, including governance, policy definition, process creation and license management.
  • Understanding of capacity storage and usage within Power Platform environments as well as compute capacity for Fabric workspaces.
  • Experience managing Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) and Community of Practice (COP)

The base pay for this position is generally between $100,000 and $140,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
