Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own investigations into observed product defects, coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Determine cause, impact, and severity of issues, including affected users and interfacing systems.
• Define steps to reproduce issues and identify mitigations.
• Document risk of unresolved issues and route gaps to risk owner.
• Coordinate triage of new issue records ensuring unique anomalies proceed to investigation.
• Facilitate clear documentation of investigation, analysis, and disposition.
• Maintain issue records in JIRA as auditable quality records.
• Hold cross-functional peers to deadlines to ensure timelines and budget.
• Escalate issues violating safety-critical requirements for field-action review.
• Performs other duties as requested.
