Job summary

The role requires translating operational concepts into formal requirements, deriving and allocating system needs, performing analyses, and guiding verification and validation across the product lifecycle, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

We are hiring a Senior Systems Engineer - MBSE & Requirements to develop complex system architectures and guide advanced products from operational concept through detailed design, integration, simulation, verification, and testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex system architectures
• Translate operational concepts into functional and technical requirements
• Parse, derive, allocate, and manage system requirements
• Perform contextual modeling, simulation, and system analysis
• Support preliminary and detailed system design
• Lead system integration and verification and validation activities
• Maintain system-level ownership throughout the product lifecycle
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Establish, define, and mature technical baselines
• Conduct trade studies to support architecture and design decisions
• Establish and track technical performance measures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and development teams
• Support system testing, certification, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• At least six years of relevant systems-engineering experience
• Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practicesli>
• Requirements parsing, derivation, allocation, and management experience
• Experience with systems architecture, design, and integration
• Knowledge of verification and validation principles
• Technical-risk identification and management experience

Preferred qualifications:
