Raytheon’s Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities organization is seeking a Systems Engineer II in Huntsville, Alabama to support radar performance analysis activities for missile defense flight test missions. In this role, you will perform radar performance assessments, analyze data from live mission events, develop and implement verification strategies for advanced radar capabilities and software builds, and support systems validation efforts within Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop and other mission‑representative environments. You will work both independently and alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to evaluate sensor behavior, investigate anomalies, and prepare technical findings for internal and external stakeholders.
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
