Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Farmingdale, NY seeks a Systems Engineer II to design, document, and validate complex systems for military and civilian applications. You will lead requirements generation, interface development, and component integration across engineering teams.

You will support PDR/CDR, perform lab testing with advanced equipment, and manage requirements with DOORS using MBSE tools. Occasional travel and strong collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics from a four-year college.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Generation of systems requirements, design documentation, interface documentation and management of requirements using DOORS.
• Familiarity with standard test equipment (scopes, analyzers).
• Desirable: Familiarity with IFF systems and related military/air traffic control domains.
• MBSE experience with Cameo or equivalent.
• Cybersecurity and/or Safety Certification experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and decompose customer requirements to other engineering disciplines.
• Develop System Design and Interface Documentation (IDD, ICD).
• Support design reviews (PDR, CDR).
• Generate Test and Integration methodology and documentation.
• Interface with customers through Technical Interchange Meetings and Design Reviews.
• Laboratory testing using advanced test and measuring equipment.
• Post-delivery field testing and support.
