Job summary

Tensley Consulting seeks a Systems Engineer II to support CSfC architecture development, cybersecurity risk management, and secure enterprise infrastructure. You’ll lead integration of Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, and Zero Trust within a CSfC environment.

Responsibilities include researching, designing, and testing cybersecurity products and architectures, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring secure deployments and audits.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of Systems Engineer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, CS, IS, Engineering Science, Eng. Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, integrate, and test cybersecurity products, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze cybersecurity risks and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen system security.
• Research and evaluate cybersecurity architectures and enterprise capabilities, including cloud architectures and technologies.
• Develop architecture models using DoDCAR tools, including NextGen and BluGen.
• Support a team of engineers designing and building a CSfC architecture.
• Provide technical leadership for CSfC requirements integration and design.
