Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Systems Engineer II for the APNT Solutions team in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will help architect, design, and develop real-time embedded navigation and timing systems for military applications, validating requirements and coordinating across engineering teams.

You will work on verification, test development, and issue resolution while collaborating with subject matter experts to advance Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing solutions for warfighters.

Formación

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Collins Aerospace is looking for a Systems Engineer II with a passion for engineering and the desire to lead to join the Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing (APNT) team. The team is responsible for architecting, designing, and developing systems for real-time embedded navigation and timing solutions for military ground, airborne, and maritime applications. This position offers abundant opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of Assured PNT systems architecture, and to apply that knowledge in a team effort to develop our navigation products for the warfighter. What you will do:

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
