Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking a Systems Engineer II based out of Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of system sustainment. You will also be responsible for executing tasks in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Sustainment Analysis, and Sustainment Planning. This includes tasks such as technical documentation, spares analysis, provisioning support, training, reliability analysis, and system safety. This role will support various programs within the LCE Effectors portfolio.

What You Will Do :

• Perform sustainment and industrial engineering analyses to evaluate, re‑engineer, and optimize logistics and life‑cycle support processes.
• Develop and implement action plans that address key engineering, readiness, and sustainment performance drivers.
• Conduct technology assessments and contribute to maturation of emerging capabilities aligned to LCE mission objectives.
• Execute supportability engineering tasks, including LSA, development of technical data, creation of training artifacts, spares modeling, and technical presentations.
• Manage sustainment data, metrics, and trend analyses to support engineering decisions and leadership insight.
• Coordinate cross‑functional sustainment engineering activities, schedules, documentation workflows, and material accountability.
• Ensure accurate preparation, tracking, and delivery of sustainment and program documentation in accordance with program requirements.
• Support customer planning, test activities, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to ensure alignment with sustainment and lifecycle engineering objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• TypicallyrequiresadegreeinScience,Technology,Engineering,orMathematics (STEM)andaminimumof2yearsofprior relevant experience.
• Experiencewithengineeringlogisticsand/ormanagementofengineeringsystems.
• AbilitytoobtainInterimSecretU.S.governmentissuedsecurityclearanceisrequiredpriortostartdate.
