Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Systems Engineer II in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. The role supports Navy systems by designing, engineering, and integrating enterprise IT architectures across global Live Virtual Constructive environments.

Position is contingent on contract award. Key duties include designing and implementing system configurations, supporting integration and testing, developing technical documentation, and performing system performance analyses.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments.

Position Type:Contingent on Contract Award.

Salary:$95k-$160k (depending on experience)

The Systems Engineer IIsupportsthe Navy by designing, engineering, and integrating enterprise IT systems and architectures across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments.

Essential Functions:

• Design and implement system configurations and solutions.
• Support system integration and testing.
• Develop technical documentation.
• Support system performance analysis.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in relevantfield.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments.

Desired:

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.).

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in complex environments.

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
