Saalex Corporation is seeking a System Administrator II to support Navy enterprise IT systems across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.

The candidate will administer and maintain enterprise IT systems, perform patching and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support security configurations. Eligible for a Secret/Top Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

Position Type: _ Contingent on Contract Award. _

Salary: $70k-$120k (depending on experience)

The System Administrator IIsupportsthe Navy by administering,maintaining, and securing enterprise IT systems across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. This role ensures system reliability, performance, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Administer andmaintainsystems and services.
• Perform patching, updates, and system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Support security configurations.
• Maintainsystem logs and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in relevantfield.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments.

Desired:

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.).

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in complex environments.

Security Clearance:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
