deciBel Research, Inc. seeks a system engineering support professional to contribute to the software development lifecycle for the Missile Defense Agency’s Threat Modeling Center at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.
You will work on requirements derivation, MBSE model development, and documentation for simulation tools. Responsibilities include collaborating on process development, gaining experience with missile defense concepts, and briefing customers on technical solutions.
The successful candidate will assist in the software development lifecycle through requirements derivation, process development and refinement, Model Based Systems Engineering model development, and contractual documentation for the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA's) Threat Modeling Center (TMC) at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.
Duties include:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline
Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Target salary range: $90,000 - $110,000. This target salary represents an estimated range for this position based on experience, degree and other factors.
