Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. seeks an Expert-Level Systems Engineer with TS/SCI and full polygraph clearance to support DoD programs from our Colorado operations.

The successful candidate will lead enterprise-level systems engineering activities across weapons and space modernization initiatives, aligning requirements, interfaces, and risk management with senior stakeholders. The position emphasizes collaboration with government and contractor teams, ensuring governance and policy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline with extensive systems engineering experience.
  • Master’s degree or PhD may substitute for two years of experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would be acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-focused engineering support to the Weapons and Space Modernization Systems Engineering team.
  • Document and track interfaces and dependencies; develop analysis of alternatives; assess system integration risk.
  • Apply systems engineering to TechSIGINT development including ELINT/FOREIGN instrumentation modernization and related efforts.

Job description

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Expert-Level Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior TechSIGINT Systems Engineer on our team you will provide enterprise-focused engineering support to the Weapons and Space Modernization Systems Engineering team. You will support the implementation and execution of requirements that have been gathered and developed from different stakeholders to support the integration of capabilities and review processes such as policy compliance and governance. You will determine, document and track operational and technical interfaces and dependencies; develop and advise on Analysis of Alternatives; and aid in assessing the impacts of systems integration risk assessments and operational requirements. You will also apply systems engineering principles to TechSIGINT development and operational efforts including ELINT Modernization, Foreign Instrumentation Signals Modernization and other similar programs. This role entails supporting a DoD customer and communicating with other program personnel, customers, and senior executives.

Requirements
  • TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
  • Extensive experience with systems engineering processes that support planning, scheduling and managing several simultaneous efforts in a wide range of technologies, but with special emphasis on TSMOD, ELINT and FISINT.
  • Experience with NRO processes.

Note 1 – Examples of Qualified engineering fields include: Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.

Note 2 – Examples of related disciplines include: Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics.

  • Well-grounded in system engineering and architecture.
  • Experience in collaborating with peer organizations to overcome barriers to success and create shared solutions.
  • Intelligence Community (IC) experience

Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is:$200,000-250,000
