Texas Instruments is seeking a Systems Engineer to shape a roadmap for the fastest protection devices portfolio. You will work in a vibrant team with opportunities to influence multiple areas and drive revenue through new design wins.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years of experience in technology development or demand creation, with strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant engineering field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in tech development or demand creation.
• Strong understanding of device physics, fab and packaging processes.
• Understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their application.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience promoting ICs and driving design wins with system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research and create new product definitions, including business case proposals, strategies and taking products to RTM.
• Analyze automotive/industrial/consumer spaces to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
• Assess IC development tradeoffs with design team and customers; be technical expert for product ramp-up.
• Provide application support for new and existing products; train sales and applications teams.
• Drive new design wins and troubleshoot customer issues via lab testing and analysis.
• Contribute to revenue planning and define successful new TI products and roadmaps.
