Job summary

The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois seeks an experienced Systems Engineer for DMS and Legal Applications. You will administer and optimize the DMS and core legal applications, designing integrations and supporting matter management, records management, and attorney productivity across a large multi-office firm.

• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID integrations.
• 5+ years supporting legal applications in AmLaw/professional services.
• 3+ years supporting legal tech platforms within law firms.

The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an experienced Systems Engineer - Document Management System (DMS) and Legal Applications. The Systems Engineer - DMS and Legal Applications is responsible for the administration, integration, optimization and support of the firm's Document Management System (DMS) and core legal applications portfolio. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for the technologies that enable matter management, document lifecycle management, legal workflow automation, records management, knowledge management, collaboration, and attorney productivity.
