Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide hybrid support at the client site near Washington, DC. You will apply architecture methodologies to analyze DHS-related CBRN threats and develop action plans and executive briefings for leadership.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with DHS suitability, 6+ years of experience, and strong ability to produce clear written and visual communications. On-site work will be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, CBRN, or related STEM field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and DHS suitability.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience with frameworks to assess architecture and capability gaps.
• Experience creating operational view diagrams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• On-site work as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems architecture methodologies to analyze enterprise-wide CBRN threats and mission analysis.
• Serve as integrator between risk analysis process and CBRN architecture mapping.
• Develop action plans, timetables and executive briefings and technical documentation.
• Develop risk assessment scenarios and reporting visuals for stakeholders.
