Job summary

CRG seeks a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will serve as a Tier II escalation resource and work with security, networking, and application teams to ensure secure, scalable systems.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with automation skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to drive infrastructure maturity within a diverse business environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and identity platforms.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and escalation handling.
• Ability to automate admin tasks via scripting (PowerShell).
• Understanding of infrastructure security, networking fundamentals, and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and support secure, scalable infrastructure across on-premises and cloud.
• Provide Tier II escalation support for infra issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support full lifecycle of infra solutions from planning to operations transition.
• Administer Windows Server environments, M365, identity platforms, and core infra tech.
• Support Azure cloud environments including compute, storage, identity, monitoring, and security.
• Manage on-prem data center infrastructure, virtualization, and core systems.
• Contribute to modernization efforts including data center migration and DR capabilities.
• Implement and maintain backup, DR, and business continuity solutions.
