TLA is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role collaborates with software developers, network engineers, and project managers; requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 3–5 years of systems engineering experience; proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and Ansible.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS or related field is required.
• 3–5 years in systems engineering or administration.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Strong networking knowledge and Ansible familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT architectures.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripting.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure security controls, data encryption, and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and PMs, and document configurations.
• Plan backups, DR, failover, and capacity for future growth.
