Job summary

SOSi in Honolulu seeks a Systems Engineer to shape Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam C2 IT solutions, supporting 5,000+ users across the Pacific. You will develop and maintain an enterprise infrastructure and private cloud, working with senior DoD staff and delivering executive briefings on ZTA and data-centric security.

Required is an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a 5+ year track record in enterprise IT for DoD environments, and relevant server administration certifications.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility and US Passport.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Information Systems/Cyber Security/Computer Engineering or 5+ years DoD IT experience.
• 5+ years in server administration with Microsoft or Linux enterprise services (Exchange, AD, DNS, DHCP, SQL).
• DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (Security+ CE, CCNA, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP).
• Microsoft or Red Hat certifications or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and roadmap ZTA implementation and data-centric security solutions.
• Lead complex tech projects including upgrades and system integrations.
• Mentor Systems Operations personnel in administration principles and best practices.
• Interface with vendors, agencies, and coalition partners for the program.
• Provide status updates via Weekly Activity Reports and maintain asset custody.
