We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Architect to join our Integrated Submarine Imaging Systems Program Team. The Imaging System is one subsystem supporting multiple operational classes of the United States submarine force. The Imaging subsystem provides mission critical, all-weather, visual, and electronic search data and digital imagery. As one of our Systems Engineers, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team employing a systems engineering approach to requirements definition, system architecture and interface definitions, supporting solution implementation, and establishing Verification and Validation approaches for new and updated software and hardware baselines. This role involves analyzing system requirements, inter-system requirements, emerging technologies and tools, and new hardware products to guide software solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will have equal parts technical competence, forward-thinking ideas, and a focus on execution.
Candidates should have a strong background in requirements development/management, and experience in analyzing and establishing architectural inputs for system software. As a Systems Engineer you can expect to perform the following:
