Esri is seeking a senior professional to build and sustain enterprise technology supporting critical national security missions in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

You will deploy ArcGIS Enterprise environments, migrate and optimize systems, and troubleshoot complex IT challenges across Windows, Linux, cloud, networking, and security domains while collaborating with customer IT teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT/ArcGIS support.
• Experience designing, implementing and/or administrating ArcGIS or other enterprise IT systems (desktop, server and online).
• Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load-balancing).
• Experience with at least one RDBMS, including SQL query writing (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS or STEM fields.

Build and Sustain Enterprise Technology Supporting Critical National Security Missions.

Join Esri`s Professional Services organization and help deploy, integrate, migrate, and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise environments supporting mission-driven customers. You`ll solve complex technical problems across enterprise infrastructure, operating systems, cloud, networking, security, databased, and ArcGIS while working directly with customers to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the St. Louis, MO area for this position.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities
• Experience designing, implementing and/or administrating enterprise ArcGIS or other comparable IT systems (desktop, server and online)
• Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux
• Familiarity with network concepts and topics (such as domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load-balancing)
• Experience with at least one RDBMS, including SQL query writing (such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• US citizenship with Active or Current (within 2 years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or STEM related field

Recommended Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or STEM related field
• One or more industry-standard IT certifications (such as Esri, Microsoft, Amazon)
• CompTIA Security + certification
• Experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Runtime and their associates APIs or interfaces
• Cloud-based system operations (SysOps)

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is

$120,640 — $197,600 USD
