As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to lead the technical development and integration of Department of Defense systems. You’ll create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of systems from concept throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge and develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity in support of hypersonic testing and development. You will work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees. You’ll orchestrate the development of a system of interest, encompassing hardware and software, through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk or opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project.
