  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.

As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to lead the technical development and integration of Department of Defense systems. You’ll create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of systems from concept throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge and develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity in support of hypersonic testing and development. You will work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees. You’ll orchestrate the development of a system of interest, encompassing hardware and software, through its entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk or opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with systems design, integration, and testing activities
  • Experience conducting system-level trade studies to identify and balance conflicting requirements
  • Experience delivering complex aerospace hardware from concept to test
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Experience with requirements derivation and definition
  • Experience with requirements validation and verification
  • Experience with a gated design review process
  • Knowledge of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML)
  • Knowledge of requirement management tools, including DOORS or JAMA
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
