Job summary

Real Time Consulting seeks a Systems Engineer specializing in Aircraft State to join a team focused on development, integration, and verification of core monitoring applications for Next Generation Avionics platforms.

Candidate will contribute to avionics requirement development, validation, and integration, leveraging Simulink and Python scripts to automate tests and interface with aircraft sensors such as Air Data, AHRS, and GPS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Aerospace Industry experience.
• Experience in avionics systems requirement development.
• Experience in avionics validation.
• Experience in avionics integration.
• Experience in avionics verification.
• Experience with Simulink model-based systems design.
• Experience with Python scripting for automating testing.
• Experience with sensors used for aircraft position and navigation (Air Data, AHRS, GPS, etc.).
• Experience integrating or interfacing with aircraft systems (flaps, gear, cabin pressure, FADEC, etc.).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountable and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative to get things done.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Be part of a team thatisresponsible for development, systems integration, and verification of core Aircraft State and/or Aircraft Systems monitoring and synoptics applications to be hosted on the Next Generation Avionics Platform.
