Job summary

Boeing seeks an experienced Systems Engineering Leader for high tempo space projects. You will spearhead architecture development, requirements decomposition, and verification, while coordinating across space, ground, and contractor teams. MBSE practices and interface control will be central to success.

The role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of SE processes through CDR, and the ability to drive multi-project progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of systems engineering teams.
• Experience with requirements decomposition and verification.
• Strong background in system architecture and OOTD concepts.
• MBSE experience and ability to model complex space systems.
• Familiarity with ICDs between space and ground segments.
• Experience in cybersecurity responsibilities for space programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Develop and verify system requirements and architecture.
• Plan and execute I&T and create demonstration/test bed plans.
• Define ICDs and ensure interfaces between space and ground segments.
• Apply MBSE to model-based engineering activities.

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
