The Systems Engineer 3 will be responsible for management and optimization of core tooling systems and processes, including but not limited to monitoring, patching, logging, configuration management, and document management. The Systems Engineer will monitor the Business-Critical Systems (BCS) ticket queue and resolve cases for internal and external customers. Additionally, the role involves participating in projects as an engineering and automation resource, building simple OutSystems applications, and leveraging Python and PowerShell to automate repeatable tasks.
