Systems Engineer II

Fort Meade, MD

We’re seeking a Systems Engineer II to support our U.S. Government program(s). The Systems Engineer II will be responsible for the below.

• Experience as a hands‑on Systems Engineer
• Experience supporting test of developed solutions, pre‑ and post‑deployment, or test to troubleshoot and recreate issues identified in the field
• Experience working with end‑users to answer questions, support troubleshooting of issues, or train them in the use of the system
• Experience in data analysis to evaluate performance, identify issues, or support solution recommendations
• Experience developing and managing requirements
• Strong interpersonal, communications and writing skills.
• Basic Linux skills.
• Working knowledge of modern communications networks.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelors is desired. An additional five years of experience can substitute the degree.
• Experience: Fourteen years of experience as a Systems Engineer
• Other:
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate Polygraph (Poly).
  • Must be a motivated self‑starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be an excellent communicator – verbal & written.
  • Must be able to work with team members and individually.
  • Must be able to connect with individuals of varying backgrounds.

Salary Range

$140,000.00 - 190,000.00 USD / year
