Job summary

Qualifications

• Working experience with multiple systems engineering tools, such as Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM, etc.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer who will support system development efforts across complex engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements development, system architecture, design analysis, integration planning, verification and validation, and technical risk assessment.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining models using modeling languages such as Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework Modeling Language (UAFML).
• Assist in developing system models, architectures, and data models to facilitate interoperability.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Support evaluation of requirements and resource needs, help identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies, and participate in regular reviews to ensure planning aligns with leadership priorities and evolving stakeholder conditions.
