Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field.
• 3 years minimum experience performing electrical engineering-related duties.
• Background in electrical design and analysis.
• Creation and maintenance of electrical drawings and schematics using tools such as Altium Designer.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Desired Signal integrity EMI/EMC and noise mitigation.
• Power distribution.
• Grounding and shielding best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on documentation control and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engineering drawings, select appropriate electrical components, and coordinate technicians in cable fabrication, harness routing, and bench-level testing to validate system performance.
• Support prototype debugging, ensure adherence to documentation and quality procedures, and coordinate closely with technicians and cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Provide guidance during assembly efforts, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced R&D environment.
