Job summary

CACI International is seeking a CSfC Systems Engineer to develop, install, test, and deploy CSfC and Cross‑Domain architectures for production use in government networks. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to securing and optimizing enterprise system architecture and user experiences.

This role requires 1–3 years in systems engineering, Security+ certification, and an active Secret security clearance, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Basic knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure and storage solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of system hardening principles and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies.
  • Assist in deploying software and OS updates via automated tools (such as Ansible or MCM).
  • Conduct system hardening practices for major operating system platforms (Windows, RHEL, ESXi, vCenter).
  • Assist in monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing system performance while maintaining compliance.
  • Help design, configure and implement CSfC solutions based on customer specifications.
  • Assist in conducting systems pre-test and acceptance tests.
  • Collaborate with government and/or subcontractors at customer site for solution integration.
  • Assist in developing technical presentations for customers.
  • Serve as a technical resource at customer briefings.
  • Requires travel (up to 50%) globally.
  • Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies.
  • Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures.
