Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado Springs seeks a Systems Engineer to advance the CommandIQ platform. You will decompose stakeholder needs, document system requirements, and model architecture using MBSE tools such as Cameo and Rhapsody.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs, participate in reviews, and contribute to an agile environment. Local candidates preferred, with remote options for exceptional match.

Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody.
• Experience with requirements definition and documentation tools DOORS or Jama.
• Experience with Use Case and Conops definition.
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering V-Diagram activities.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience or an advanced degree in Systems Engineering.

We are developing mission critical Battle Management and Command & Control capabilities for a complete Command and Control mission suite. Our solution provides the open architecture as well as mission apps that can be customized to each user’s needs. Customers can also easily integrate their favorite tools into a single CommandIQ® Common Operating Picture (COP) to meet their own, specialized mission requirements.

The Work

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
