Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Systems Engineer to develop digital MBSE models and DoDAF architecture products for DoD programs. You will contribute to JCIDS artifacts and ISPs, documenting capabilities and system relationships while supporting acquisition activities.
The role involves leading analysis, preparing briefings, and producing architecture deliverables. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred; travel up to 25% may be required as part of program duties.
On our team, you will use Model-Based System Engineering methodology and tools to develop digital models and deliver complex DoDAF architecture products for DoD programs, including digital engineering approaches to establish and manage operational and functional baselines in support of follow-on acquisition allocated and product baselines processes and systems development. You'll also work on architecture deliverables for Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) analysis documents such as Capability Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capability Documents (ICD), and Capability Documents (CDD), as well as program‑level acquisition documentation such as Information Support Plans (ISPs).
Systems Engineer

You’ll perform development of digital models and enterprise‑level architecture projects to document capabilities, activities, organizational relationships, and systems. You’ll perform analysis of systems to determine and document Net Ready Key Performance Parameter requirements in agreement with the JCIDS manual and Air Force directives. You’ll also prepare briefings and reports on digital models, architecture methodology, and results.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
