Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring for an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models across the product lifecycle. You will leverage MBSE tools and DoD-aligned processes, mentoring team members and collaborating with government clients to achieve program goals.

The role requires 2+ years in MBSE and systems engineering within DoD or government contexts, plus a TS clearance and a STEM degree.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience developing or defining architectures that integrate MBSE tools, simulation environments, data repositories, and lifecycle management systems
  • 2+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
  • 2+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
  • Ability to define and maintain the enterprise architecture for a digital engineering ecosystem
  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • Top Secret clearance

You Have:

2+ years of experience developing or defining architectures that integrate MBSE tools, simulation environments, data repositories, and lifecycle management systems

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
