Parsons is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our growing team. You will support the MDA Chief Engineer, driving MBSE initiatives to move away from document-driven processes and build robust system models.

This role emphasizes collaboration across internal and external teams to develop models that guide future engineering efforts. The ideal candidate has strong MBSE experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a secret clearance.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our growing team!

In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the way in which the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and is interested in utilizing those tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.
• Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.
• Coordinate with internal, and external teams to collaborate on models.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience
• Strong Model-based engineering experience
• Ability to excel in a team setting
• Experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains

What Desired Skills You Might Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field and 7+ years of experience
• Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
• MDA Experience
• Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
