Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 12+ years in space systems, programs, and systems engineering or acquisition.

• Familiarity with Space Force mission and dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team shaping how Space Force designs its future force.
• Interface with Space Force leaders translating technical insights into recommendations.
• Identify opportunities linking vision to architectural design and non-materiel solutions.
• Define role in 15+ year Space Force ideation and planning.
• Support adoption of new integration frameworks in a digital environment.
• Maintain interagency relationships for cohesive communication.
• Provide strategic updates to senior leaders on risks and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
