• Have strong Linux & Networking fundamentals, deep experience working with Linux in a large scale, distributed environment, and understand networking technology and how servers and networks inter‑relate.
• Regularly take part in deep‑dive troubleshooting and conduct technical post‑mortem discussions to identify root causes of complex issues.
• Have a solid understanding of software development methodology and know how to use the right tool for the right job.

This position requires the selected candidate to maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Key Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing fixes for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, JAVA), updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities also include working alongside development on AWS projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automating support processes and documenting our systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
• 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling)
• 1+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands‑on systems engineering
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
• Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
• 3+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands‑on systems engineering

Base salary range: 99,100.00 – 160,000.00 USD annually.
