Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking an ERP Order Management & Logistics Systems Development Engineer to design and implement scalable ERP solutions for order management and supply chain. This role reports to the manager of Business Applications within the Robotics Software Services and Technology team.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering and IT, and will help leverage AI within the ERP ecosystem to drive efficient operations and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ERP Order Management and logistics systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, Finance, engineering, and IT teams.
• Leverage AI in the ERP ecosystem to improve efficiency.
• Report to the Business Applications Manager within the Robotics Software Services team.

Key job responsibilities

The Amazon Robotics (AR) organization manufactures high-quality robotics and gets the right materials to the right place at the right time to enable our automated solutions. It’s fast-paced and works cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally. We are seeking a talented and motivated ERP Order Management & Logistics Systems Development Engineer with a proven track record of implementing best in class Systematic and business processes within a complex Supply Chain environment. This role will report to the manager of Business Application in the Robotics Software Services and technology team. This position will primarily focus on supporting applications in the Order Management and supply chain area. This role will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain management, Finance, engineering and other IT organizations. You will also play a key role in leveraging AI in the ERP eco-system.

About The Team

The Amazon Robotics (AR) Technology Enablement Services (TES) Team enables AR’s people, purpose, and place to deliver the future. We remove barriers, drive organizational productivity, and foster growth. We serve AR leadership, product customers, and employees, and collaborate with teams throughout FTR. Creating a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace experience. Designing and iterating on learning, development, and engagement solutions to support needs of operators and employees. Synthesizing and articulating AR’s long-term strategy, near-term goals, product roadmaps, and workforce strategy. Developing and managing cross organizational mechanisms, reporting, programs, and Sustainability efforts.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high pace DevOps
• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
