Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled .NET developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications. The role focuses on large-scale n-tier architectures using C#, ASP.NET, and modern client-side technologies to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Oracle databases, SOA integrations, WCF services, and HIPAA PHI data handling, ensuring secure, compliant software. This position is on-site in New York with opportunities for impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex n-tier web browser-based applications in C# for n-tier web deployment.
• 84 months of experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
• 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 36 months of experience in developing applications that utilize .Net Core MVC.
• 24 months of experience in developing web-based application user interface with responsive web design (RWD) that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
• 84 months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• 60 months of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management.
• 36 months of experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
