SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR As a Systems Administrator Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a SOCOM customer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring deployable / remote kits are correctly configured. A fully competent hardware administrator will implement, install, configure, operate, maintain, update, and assist in management of distributed computing service operations processes and procedures. Responsible for Imaging, install/load, test, and configure images on various Configuration Items (PCs, Laptops, etc.). Support desktop imaging and configuration item installation and maintenance. Maintain system documentation and current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Control, disseminate and monitor ticket queues and facilitate resolution of tickets. Ensures timely receipt, acquisition, identification, documentation, maintenance, inventory, movement, and storage of property. Ensures proper disposition of obsolete and excess assets. Participates in the taking of physical inventories, and provides a quarterly inventory report.

The likely salary range for this position is $57,824 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
