Responsibilities

• Assist Linux machines worldwide to ensure reliability of Google’s content delivery and compute infrastructure.
• Collaborate regularly with partner Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to provide remote troubleshooting and IP networking support.
• Participate in follow‑the‑sun operations team via a roster throughout core hours.
• Identify and execute automation opportunities to improve support and onboard new hardware and services.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, hardware vendors, product managers, and partners.
