Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years of software development experience required.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience in data analysis, test automation, failure analysis and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of automation, processes, and diagnostics for new data center hardware from manufacturing to installation.
• Develop new product test solutions and coordinate with hardware/software partners to ensure end-to-end data center automated diagnosis and repair systems integrate with test infrastructure signals.
• Develop software that runs on thousands of systems in parallel and generate data insights to analyze results and optimize repair strategies.
• Manage the new product introduction process to ensure hardware platforms turn up from manufacturing to data centers.
