Job summary

JST Manufacturing seeks a Systems Assembly Technician for a swing shift to assemble custom wet processing and precision cleaning equipment. You will perform mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and process plumbing following engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, installing pumps and controllers, wiring interfaces, and building subassemblies. Relevant experience in mechanical assembly, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly, wiring, and equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with quality standards and measurement tools.

Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Position Summary:

As a Systems Assembly Technician, you will assemble custom wet processing and precision cleaning equipment by performing mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and process plumbing while following engineering drawings and specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams.
• Assemble and install pumps, motors, drives, controllers, manifolds, and flowmeters.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and interface wiring for complete system assembly.
• Install process plumbing and tubing for system integration.
• Build mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Use measuring tools to verify assemblies meet quality standards.
