Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Systems Assembly Technician in Englewood, CO. This long-term temporary position offers hourly pay and may convert to permanent based on performance.

The role requires hands-on assembly experience, PLC familiarity, and ability to read blueprints. ITAR considerations apply; a background check and drug screen will be conducted. Local field-start travel possible.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and vocational/technical training, plus 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of practical assembly, wiring to terminal blocks and PLCs, troubleshooting controls and related devices incl. power supplies, pneumatics, gauges, valves and relays.
• Able to read digital and analog logic and devices.
• Familiar with basic machining and calibration techniques to assemble components into a system.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of working with power tools, drilling, tapping, pneumatic plumbing using soft and rigid tubing, building devices from a blueprint.
• Take initiative and work with or without supervision.
• Work with compressed air and gas pressures up to 100 psi and voltages from 12 VDC to 480 VAC.
• Read and interpret blueprints; troubleshoot and repair control instruments and devices as needed.
• Travel for occasional field service start-up but not required.
• Work overtime when schedules require.
