Job summary

Solerity is seeking a skilled software/system engineer to support U.S. federal programs from Quantico, VA. You will design secure, scalable architectures, develop enterprise software, and build automated CI/CD pipelines in IL5 cloud environments.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for RMF and ATO, produce deployment artifacts, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions. Requires an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain program access.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable system architectures.
• Develop and maintain enterprise software solutions using modern engineering best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines supporting secure software delivery.
• Build, configure, and deploy containerized applications into Government-approved IL5 cloud environments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable, automated infrastructure deployments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support RMF activities and Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation.
• Develop System Test Plans and support system verification, validation, and deployment activities.
• Produce deployment artifacts, including source repositories, SBOMs, infrastructure-as-code packages, license files, and other Unlimited Rights delivery documentation.
• Partner with software engineers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and Government stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile development activities.
• Ensure compliance with Government security requirements, coding standards, DevSecOps practices, and software quality standards.
