Solerity is seeking Mid to Senior Data Engineers and Data Architects to support a Federal program starting late August/September 2026. You will help design and develop modern data solutions in an IL5 environment, collaborating with skilled teams to meet mission-critical government needs.

The role requires an Active Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain program access. Flexible work options include onsite, hybrid, or remote, depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
• Engineer secure cloud-native data solutions in an IL5 environment.
• Develop backend services and APIs for modern data platforms.
• Support data science by preparing, transforming, and validating datasets.
• Generate synthetic datasets using government schemas and profiles when production data isn’t available.
• Collaborate with QA to validate data quality, functionality, and performance.
• Participate in software design, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Engage with Government stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver mission-focused solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, coding standards, and Agile practices.

Solerity is seeking Mid to Senior Data Engineers and Data Architects to support an upcoming Federal program expected to begin in late August/September 2026. This effort focuses on building secure, cloud-based data capabilities within an Impact Level 5 (IL5) environment supporting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

This is an exciting opportunity to help design and develop modern data solutions that support mission-critical government operations while collaborating with highly skilled engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures supporting enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
• Engineer secure cloud-native data solutions within an IL5 environment.
• Develop backend services and APIs that support modern data platforms.
• Support data science initiatives through preparation, transformation, and validation of datasets.
• Generate synthetic, representative datasets using Government-provided schemas and statistical profiles when production data is unavailable.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to validate data quality, functionality, and system performance.
• Participate in software design, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
• Work directly with Government stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver mission-focused solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, coding standards, and Agile development best practices.
