Job summary

Tech Center is seeking a senior technical professional to provide Level 3 support for enterprise server, application, and workstation environments in a critical enterprise setting. The role includes leading small engineering teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.

Expected qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience, plus multiple professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or Associate's degree with 2 years related experience.
• 7 years of related experience, or substitute with Associate's degree and 2 years related experience.
• Certifications MCSE, MCP, MCITP, VMware VCP or IBM AIX System Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support to internal and external Technical Services customers.
• Lead small teams of engineers to deliver enterprise solutions to end user environments.
• Design and deliver strategic initiatives by crafting multiple tactical solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform tasks as related to the critical enterprise environment which will provide service delivery of server, application and workstation environments. Leads small teams of engineers to deliver enterprise solutions to the end user environment. Responsible for Level 3 support to internal and external Technical Services customers. Using a broad understanding of the available technologies, creates end-to-end solutions designed to specific business requirements. The person in this position is responsible for designing and delivering strategic initiatives by crafting multiple tactical solutions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor's degree in a computer related field and two years of experience is required. 7 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years related experience, may be substituted for required education/experience. Professional certifications from one of the following preferred: Microsoft MCSE, MCP, MCITP or VMware VCP or IBM AIX System Administration.
