• Experience designing secure applications using security APIs, SAML, OAuth, MFA.
• Led technical architecture on projects with thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security procedures.
• 36 months experience in Google Cloud Identity Platform services.
• 36 months experience deploying and monitoring applications using CI systems and monitoring tools.

Job Description:

Mandatory Qualification

Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.Support the Department of Health and Health Commerce System infrastructure with expertise in physical security, IT security architecture, infrastructure platforms, application security, monitoring, tool administration/management and related business processes and workflows

Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:

• Help architect, develop and debug Java applications to support Health Commerce System.
• Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
• Design and implement security features like Single Sign, OAUTH on and Multi Factor Authentication
• Design and implement services to be used in a platform as a service architecture

Expert

• 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

• 84 Months experience architecting service-oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service and software as a service using IBM Datapower, WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Manager.
• 84 Months experience designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, Multi factor authentication
• 84 Months experience as lead technical architect on technical projects that have required a thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 36 Months experience in Google Cloud Identity Platform services.
• 36 Months experience of application deployment and monitoring using continuous Integration systems and application monitoring tools.
