Prepare technical take‑offs from contract drawings, identify clarification questions, and support value engineering efforts that improve customer satisfaction and project profitability. Develop and track submittal packages, including revised working drawings, installation drawings, and final acceptance documentation. Research system issues, follow troubleshooting procedures, and use manuals, parts manuals, change notices, and bulletins to diagnose and resolve problems. Provide ongoing technical support to PMO teams, customers, field technicians, and Business Operations throughout project delivery, start‑up, commissioning, and handover. Bench test and program access control, intercom, and CCTV systems before shipment and provide in‑field programming and commissioning support as needed. Design technical documents and field instructions covering wiring diagrams, block diagrams, schematic diagrams, elevations, and step‑by‑step installation or maintenance guidance. Train, coach, and support customer field staff and Johnson Controls Installation/Service Teams on integrated systems and computer‑based applications. Customize applications with customer IT when required by network security protocols and support configuration changes permitted by the system manufacturer. Support legacy equipment assessments and recommend upgrade or integration paths, while confirming infrastructure requirements such as cabling, power, environmental needs, conduits, and raceways. Own the quality of every solution by confirming customer intent, system compatibility, and technical accuracy before work moves forward. Stay close to the work by reviewing drawings, schematics, software, and manuals carefully, then turning that detail into clear next steps for field teams and customers. Remove obstacles early through proactive clarification, practical value engineering, and responsive support during design, start‑up, commissioning, and escalation. Strengthen outcomes through direct collaboration with customer IT, Business Operations, and field personnel so that system intent, security requirements, and installation realities stay aligned. Improve every day by documenting lessons learned, refining technical guidance, and using troubleshooting feedback to drive better standards and faster resolution.
