An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Operational Excellence Manager to enhance the performance of their logistics network. YOUR ROLE
Support the operational, financial, and quality performance of the CEVA Network station by identifying inefficiencies, working with the local team to address them, and deploying action plans to sustain improvements. Responsible for managing Operational Excellence programs and certifications for the station(s), supporting and mentoring the Operations team. Foster process development, standardization, and lead continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA, collaborating with country and regional BPE teams.
