What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform application deployments, configurations, and support for all environments
- Manage and configure Windows Server OS, including IIS server role
- Conduct server and application migrations
- Triage and analyze issues related to the internal benefits application
- Collaborate with team members and development groups to investigate performance and application issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in IT or an appropriate degree
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven team player who demonstrates initiative and independence
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
- Concrete experience with Internet Information Systems (IIS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SQL Server management
- Familiarity with Octopus deployment tools
- Experience with domain environments (Active Directory or LDAP)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Cloud technologies
- Understanding of Dynamics CRM
