Qualifications

• Knowledge of HBSS/ESS or similar security platforms; patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and infrastructure.
• Manage GPOs, host-based firewalls, and endpoint compliance tools for consistent configuration.
• Perform system patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation; support readiness of devices.
• Prepare SOPs; document test results and system configurations; assist with projects.
• Troubleshoot OS, applications, and utilities; coordinate with engineering or development teams.
• Create automation scripts and technical documentation; maintain security and compliance.
• Provide SME guidance on system configuration across the local boundary.
